Got up late this morning. Did not sleep well last night, and so we got up and ready and left at 10 A.M. North thru Washington, east thru Idaho and then finally Montana. As we drove we passed many different types of terrain. Finally as we were nearing Idaho, the trees started to appear. Whole forests of greenery. Quite appealing. While driving we called our younger son who we hadn't heard from in a while. Seems he was on a retreat with Outward Bound in Mid Pines Calif. We were both whizzing along on the freeways. Amazing technology. But then technology let us down. As we were heading into the mountains, we lost the signal. About an hour later as we were on the last 30 miles to our stop for the nite in St. Regis, Montana, we got a signal again. We arrived at a quaint campground and checked in and got to our site. Then we reconnected with Russ and completed our conversation.

Here is a picture of our camper and Gracie at St. Regis, Montana campground. Tomorrow we head for Boseman for a couple of days. Then on to Yellowstone. More to follow.
Have a great time!
